Prop Intel is a product of RethinkAI Consult Ltd, a UK company. When we say "we" or "Prop Intel" in this policy we mean RethinkAI Consult Ltd.

When you sign in we collect the email address and identity information your authentication provider (Clerk) shares with us. When you use the product, we log which pages you visit and which properties you trigger pipeline actions on, so we can bill correctly and investigate errors.

We do not run third-party advertising pixels or cross-site trackers. We do not sell your data.

Data is stored and processed through the following sub-processors:

• Clerk (authentication, account management)
• Vercel (hosting, application logs)
• Inngest (durable background job orchestration)
• Neon (managed PostgreSQL, EU-West-2)
• DigitalOcean Spaces (imagery storage, London)
• Google Vertex AI (vision model inference)
• Parallel AI (research agent inference)
• Resend (transactional email for the contact form)

All property data we display is derived from public sources. Where licences require attribution, we attribute on the page showing the data.

• HM Land Registry Price Paid Data (Open Government Licence)
• Energy Performance of Buildings Register (Open Data)
• Companies House public register

We use strictly necessary cookies only — a session cookie set by Clerk so you stay signed in. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@rethinkaiconsult.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Account data is retained for as long as your account is open, and for 90 days after deletion for billing audit. Pipeline logs are retained for 13 months.

We will update this page if our practices change materially. The "Last updated" date at the top always reflects the most recent change.
